Plain terms for a small service. If anything here reads as unfair, tell us and we’ll fix it.

What the service is

The Care Caller contacts licensed childcare providers in the area you specify and reports what they tell us about availability, waitlists, ages served, hours, and price. We report; we do not place, broker, or guarantee a placement.

What we commit to

• We call the licensed providers within your chosen radius.
• We send your report within 48 hours of your intake.
• We charge $29 only when we deliver real options — at least three licensed providers with confirmed space or a confirmed near-term timeline. See refunds.
• We report accurately what providers told us, including the time we called.

What we can’t promise

Availability changes daily and is controlled entirely by the providers. A spot that was open when we called can be gone the same afternoon. We report what we were told at the time we were told it, and we timestamp every call so you can judge how fresh it is.

We are not responsible for the conduct, quality, or licensing status of any provider. Licensing information comes from public state records, and we link them so you can verify any provider yourself.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate intake details — a wrong zip or age produces a useless search. Choosing a provider, touring it, and reviewing its inspection record is yours to do.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By saving a card you authorise a single $29 charge (or $15 under the founding offer) after delivery, or the applicable amount for the Three-Search Pack or Spot Alerts. Spot Alerts recurs monthly until cancelled.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time, cancel Spot Alerts from any alert, and request deletion of your information under ourprivacy policy. We may decline or refund a search we can’t serve.
