Refunds
You are charged only when we deliver. This page explains exactly when that happens and what to do if it doesn’t.
The rule
Real options means at least three licensed providers with confirmed space or a confirmed near-term timeline. If we can’t deliver that, you pay nothing.
How the payment works
When you start a search, we save your card through Stripe. Nothing is charged at that point — the amount is $0. We call the licensed providers in your radius, send your report within 48 hours, and charge $29 only if the report meets the rule above.
This is not a trial and not a subscription. There is no recurring charge on a Verified Search, and no charge at all if we come up short.
If we don’t find real options
You are not charged. You still receive the report — the providers we reached, waitlist lengths, any fees, and a waitlist strategy — because the work still has value even when the answer is “not yet.”
If you were charged and shouldn’t have been
Reply to your report, or email us, and we refund it. We would rather refund a search than argue about one.
Three-Search Pack
The $49 pack is paid once and covers three searches with no expiry. Any individual search in the pack that doesn’t meet the rule above doesn’t count against your three.
Spot Alerts
Spot Alerts is $15 per month and you can cancel anytime — there’s a cancel link in every alert. Cancelling stops the next charge; we don’t pro-rate the month you’re in.
