Paying
When am I charged?
Your card is saved when you start, and nothing is charged — the amount at that moment is $0. We charge $29 only after we deliver real options. If we can’t deliver, you pay nothing.
Is this a free trial?
No. There is no trial and no recurring charge on a Verified Search. Your card is saved now and charged once, only if the report meets the standard on our refunds page.
What counts as “real options”?
At least three licensed providers with confirmed space or a confirmed near-term timeline. That is the exact threshold that triggers the $29.
What is the founding offer?
The first 20 families pay $15 instead of $29. Same search, same terms, same refund rule.
How does the $49 pack work?
Three searches, any zip or radius, no expiry, paid once. A search that doesn’t meet the standard doesn’t count against your three.
Can I cancel Spot Alerts?
Anytime — there’s a cancel link in every alert. Cancelling stops the next charge.
The search
How long does it take?
Your report arrives within 48 hours of intake, by text and email. If we ever can’t hold that, we pause new intakes rather than quietly slip the promise.
Which providers do you call?
Every licensed provider inside the radius you choose — centers and licensed home providers alike, unless you tell us to skip home care.
Do you cover odd-hours and overnight care?
Yes. Every licensed care type is in scope — infant, toddler, preschool, before/after school, and odd-hours. Las Vegas runs around the clock and the search should too.
What if nothing is open?
You pay nothing, and you still get the report: who we reached, waitlist lengths, any fees, and a waitlist strategy for which lists to join first.
Do you book the spot for me?
No. We tell you who has space and what they said. Contacting them and deciding is yours — we’ll note whether they offered a tour.
Can I search more than one neighbourhood?
Yes. Each search covers one zip and radius; the $49 pack exists for families comparing two or three areas.
Trust
Do daycares pay you?
No. Parents pay us. Daycares don’t — no referral fees, no pay-to-rank, ever. Nothing appears in your report because someone paid for it to.
How do I verify a provider myself?
Every provider carries its license number and status plus a link to Nevada’s public inspection record. You can also search the state’s licensing system directly at findchildcare.nv.gov.
Are you part of the state?
No. We are not affiliated with the State of Nevada or any licensing agency. Licensing data is drawn from public state records.
Who actually makes the calls?
A person, by phone, one provider at a time. A real person reviews every report before it goes out.
Your information
What do you collect?
Only what the search needs: your child’s age, your zip and radius, care type, start date, whether home daycares are acceptable, and your phone and email. Nothing about your child’s health or identity beyond age.
Will you text me?
Only if you check the consent box at intake, and only about your search. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Do you sell my information?
No. We do not sell or share your information, and we delete it on request. See our privacy policy.
