Privacy

Short version: we collect only what the search needs, we never sell it, and we delete it whenever you ask.

What we collect

When you start a search, you give us:

• Your child’s age
• Your zip code and search radius
• The care type you need, and your preferred start date
• Whether licensed home daycares are acceptable to you
• Your phone number and email address

That is the whole list. We do not collect health information, your child’s name, or anything about your family beyond what is needed to make the calls and send you the result.

Payment information

Card details are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout pages. We never see or store your card number. We store only the customer and payment-method identifiers Stripe gives us, which let us charge the agreed amount after delivery.

Text messages

We text you only if you check the consent box at intake, and only about your search. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message rates may apply.

What we do with it

We use your information to call providers on your behalf, send your report, and charge the agreed amount if we delivered. Nothing else.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not pass your contact details to daycares, advertisers, or data brokers. When we call a provider on your behalf we describe what you need — the age of your child and the timing — not who you are.

Deletion

Ask and we delete it. Reply to any message from us requesting deletion and we remove your intake and contact details. Records we are required to keep for tax or payment-dispute purposes are limited to the transaction itself.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving: no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no cross-site tracking.
