When am I charged?

Your card is saved today; nothing is charged. We charge $15 ($29 after the first 20 families) when your report arrives with real openings — nothing if we find nothing. No subscription, no calendar: a charge only ever follows a report you asked for.

Do daycares pay you to be listed?

No. Parents pay us — no referral fees, no pay-to-rank, ever.

What if nothing is open?

You pay nothing — that’s the guarantee. We’ll tell you what we heard, and when you’re ready, run another search or widen your radius.

What if I tour them and don’t like any?

Tell us why — too far, wrong hours, price, a feeling. Your next search starts from that. $15 ($29 after the first 20 families) when delivered, nothing if we find nothing.

Do you cover home daycares?

Yes — licensed home and group providers are included, and you can turn them off during intake.

Do you set up the tours?

Yes. Pick the providers you like from your report and your Care Caller arranges the visits, then sends the tour prep sheet so you walk in knowing what to ask.

How fast is it?

Most reports are ready within a couple of business days — we call during the hours daycares answer, and your Care Caller keeps you posted the whole way.
